What is FEZ[]

Fantasy Earth Zero is a massive TPS/MMORPG/RTS 50v50 Kingdom player vs player game. The game starts by allowing players to select one of the five available kingdoms and fight against one another for glory of their nations. Fantasy Earth Zero started as Fantasy Earth:Ring of Dominion under Square Enix Japan's PlayOnline subscription service which failed in a short time. After a year of its closure, Gamepot Inc. brought the licensing rights to the game, revamped it and published it under the name of Fantasy Earth Zero. Today, Fantasy Earth Zero remains highly successful in Asia as this marks FEZ's sixth consecutive year of earning WebMoney's one of the Best Games' Award (It received Grand Prix Winner on year of release). FEZ has also won a similiar prize in Hong Kong as it won the PCM reward in 2009. Fantasy Earth Zero was licensed in Japan, China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan at the time. The game also features famous Voice Actors as the voice of their kings and character voices such as (Norio Wakamoto, Ami Koshimizu, Kazuya Nakai, Rikiya Koyama, Kaori Nazuka and many more). This game was licensed under GamepotUSA for the North American version but shut down in 2011 due to a possible lack of revenue. The Hong Kong and Taiwanese versions shut down in 2013 due to the end of the licensing agreement. Gamepot transferred all operations of the Japanese version back to Square Enix in 2015. The Japanese version shut down on September 28, 2022.
